You are solely responsible for any betting, wagering, DFS entry, or financial decisions you make. We strongly encourage you to practice responsible gambling and only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

Data is sourced from third-party providers and APIs and may contain errors, omissions, or delays.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred dollars ($100 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All purchases, subscriptions, and payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with model performance or signal outcomes
• Gambling or DFS losses incurred in connection with use of the Service
• Failure to use the Service during a paid subscription period
• Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
• Change of mind or accidental purchase
• Account suspension or termination for violation of these terms

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understood this no-refund policy and agree to it without reservation.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is illegal to do so
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any data or content from the Service
• Share account credentials with any third party
• Use the Service to develop or train competing products, services, or machine learning models
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

All content on the Service — including but not limited to software, models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of the operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The Service relies on data from third-party providers including but not limited to odds providers, sports data APIs, and DFS platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Third-party service outages or data errors may affect the availability or accuracy of information on the Service, and we bear no liability for such events.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any gambling or DFS losses you incur.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
