4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service, including cloud infrastructure (Supabase/PostgreSQL), authentication services, analytics (PostHog), and payment processors. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any unauthorized access that circumvents our security measures.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The Service uses session cookies and local storage to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences (e.g., selected sport, time window). These are strictly functional and do not require consent.
Analytics Cookies: With your consent, we use PostHog, a third-party product analytics service, to collect information about how you interact with the Service. This includes page views, clicks, scroll depth, session recordings, and heatmaps. PostHog may set cookies on your device to distinguish users and track sessions. This data helps us understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
Cookie Consent: When you first visit the Service, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner. Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept.” If you click “Decline,” no analytics cookies are set and no tracking data is collected. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral targeting technologies. Analytics data collected through PostHog is used solely to improve the Service and is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes. Bet tracker and pick history data associated with your account will also be deleted upon account deletion.
